The temperature shown on the radiator does not reflect the actual room temperature

This guide explains how to adjust the radiator’s temperature when it differs from the actual room temperature.

This discrepancy can occur if the radiator is placed near a heat source (e.g., underfloor heating) or in areas exposed to drafts (near doors or windows).
In such cases, adjusting the radiator temperature to match the actual room temperature, measured with a thermostat, can help ensure optimal performance. 

 

How to adjust the detected temperature

  1. Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator.
     

  2. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in.
     

  3. Connect the app to your radiator.
  1. Tap the three dots at the top right of the radiator homepage
  1. Select Device Details
  1. Scroll down to Temperature Sensor Offset
  1. Move the slider left or right to decrease or increase the detected temperature so that it matches the actual room temperature as closely as possible

 

  1. The detected temperature can be adjusted within the range -10°C to +10°C.

 

Wait a few minutes for the setting to be successfully saved.
