The radiator does not respond to manual commands – why?

If the radiator does not respond to manual commands from the control panel, check the following conditions to rule out a malfunction.

 

Checks to perform               

  • Power supply
    Ensure the power cable is properly connected to the socket and that the socket is functioning.
     
  • Manual Changes Lock
    Manual Changes Lock may be active, preventing temperature adjustments from the control panel.
    When active, only the following control panel buttons will work:
    • Home button  
      (to view the detected room temperature)
    • Power button  
      (o activate/deactivate Standby or Anti-Freezee).
      How do I check if Manual Changes Lock is active on my radiator?

 

  • “Wireless-only” mode active
    It may happen that during the installation of the radiator, accidental pressure on some buttons sets the radiator to “wireless-only” mode.
 

Check the following to make sure the wireless-only mode is active:

  • The Power button LED stays solid red

  • Pressing the +/– buttons doesn’t change the temperature, and the display always shows number  "1"
 

How to return the radiator to manual operation

  1. Download the IRSAP NOW app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account

  2. Make sure your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi and that you’re close to the radiator

  3. Open the app and select your device from the image list on the home screen

  4. Tap Diagnostics at the bottom of the screen

  5. Wait for the process to complete: the radiator will beep, and manual controls will be reactivated
