If you are trying to connect your radiator to the IRSAP NOW App but the procedure fails, check the following conditions to rule out a malfunction.
IMPORTANT The electric radiator can be controlled via smartphone by enabling the Bluetooth function on your phone. Before starting any procedure, make sure you are near the radiator with your smartphone.
Radiator-side Checks
Power Supply Ensure the power cable is properly connected to the socket and that the socket is functioning. You can test it by connecting another device.
Electronics Press any button on the radiator’s control panel and check if it produces a sound or if the display lights up.
Power Button If the power button is lit blue, the radiator is already connected to a smartphone and cannot connect to a second device. In this case, disconnect the radiator and try again with the smartphone you want to use.
Smartphone-side Checks
Smartphone The radiator and the IRSAP NOW App are designed for optimal operation with smartphones only (tablets and PCs are not supported). Ensure you are using a compatible device.
Bluetooth Check your smartphone settings to confirm that Bluetooth is enabled and that the app has permission to use Bluetooth (iPhone) or “Nearby Devices” (Android).
