This guide will help you identify a specific radiator when you own multiple radiators controllable via the app.

Identification Procedure

This procedure can only be performed via the app.

If you have followed all the steps and the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service.

	Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in. Connect the app to your radiator.
	Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the homepage of the radiator you want to disconnect.
	Select Device Details
	Tap the three dots at the top right of the radiator detail screen
	Select Identify
	The radiator connected to the IRSAP NOW app will start blinking blue at the Power button.
