How do I adjust the preset temperatures? – IRSAP Smart

This guide explains how to adjust the preset values of the three predefined temperatures: Comfort, Eco, and Anti-freeze.

Procedure

The adjustement can only be made via the app.

IMPORTANT

When setting the temperatures, remember the following rules:

The COMFORT temperature must always be at least 0.5 °C higher than the ECO temperature.
If a lower value is selected, the ECO temperature will automatically adjust to match the COMFORT temperature.
The ECO temperature can never be lower than 12 °C or higher than the COMFORT temperature.
If an ECO temperature higher than COMFORT is set, the change will not be saved.
The ANTIFREEZE temperature cannot be included in schedules.
It can only be set from the radiator’s home screen.

If you have followed all the steps and the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service.

	Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in. Connect the app to your radiator.
	Click on the three dots in the top right
	Select Edit Temperatures.
	Select the temperature you want to adjust: COMFORT ECO ANTI-FREEZE
	Select the new temperature using the temperature controller.
	Click the check mark in the top right corner to confirm.
