How to activate Anti-Freeze mode?

This guide explains how to activate and deactivate Anti-Freeze mode, both via the app and directly on the radiator.

Anti-Freeze is a setting in which the radiator is programmed to heat only when the room temperature drops below the protection threshold (5°–11°C). It is designed to prevent damage in extremely low temperatures.

 

Activation Procedure

 

  1. Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator.
     

  2. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in.
     

  3. Connect the app to your radiator.
  1. Tap the power icon at the bottom left of the radiator’s homepage.
  1. A gray screen and the “Power On” button will appear, confirming that Anti-Freeze mode is active

 

 

Deactivation Procedure

 

  1. Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator.
     

  2. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in.
     

  3. Connect the app to your radiator.
  1. Tap the Power On button at the bottom left of the radiator’s homepage.

 

 

Activation Procedure (Directly on Radiator)
  1. Press the power button Press the power button
  2. PPress and hold the power button  until the AF (Anti-Freeze) indication appears
  3. Release the power button 

 

 

Deactivation Procedure (Directly on Radiator)
  1. Perform 2 quick clicks on the power button 

 

How does the radiator work in Anti-Freeze Mode?

When Anti-Freeze mode is active, the radiator operates only to protect against cold. This means:

  • Scheduled programming paused: The device will not follow time-based programs.

  • Manual changes ignored: Temperature adjustments are not possible.

  • App changes ignored: Temperature adjustments via the app are not possible.

 

 

How do I know if the radiator is in Anti-Freeze Mode?

  1. Make sure your smartphone is near the radiator.
     

  2. Open the IRSAP NOW app and log in.
     

  3. Connect the app to your radiator.
     

  4. From the radiator homepage:

    • Anti-Freeze ACTIVE: Power icon displayed

    • Anti-Freeze INACTIVE: Power button displayed
  1. Press the power button to activate the display
     
  2. If AF (Anti-Freeze) appears on the display, Anti-Freeze mode is active
