If the room with which the smart electric radiator has been paired does not show the temperature, carry out the following checks.
Is the device present in the app?
- NO ==> the device is not paired ==> proceed to the PAIRING procedure
- YES
The electronics LED is solid RED
A Manual Hard Reset was performed (the radiator was de-associated manually).
Reboot the device.
Delete the device from the app and pair it again.
The electronics LED is solid YELLOW
- The modem is switched off
- The electric radiator has lost connection to wi-fi
The electronics LED is OFF
- The power cable is unplugged
- the wall switch for the power supply is in the OFF position
