Can I control multiple radiators with the same app?

This guide explains how to connect your radiators to the IRSAP NOW app when you own more than one.

The IRSAP NOW App allows you to connect multiple Smart Radiators to your smartphone, either remotely via Wi-Fi or locally (Type Y Radiator), with no limit on the number of devices.

 

If you only have Electric Control radiators (Type Y)

FROM radiator # 1

  1. Make sure your smartphone is near Radiator #1.

  2. Open the IRSAP NOW app.

  3. Select the network of Radiator #1.

  4. Connection completed. You can now control Radiator #1.

 

TO radiator # 2
  1. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner on the homepage of Radiator #1.

  2. Select Disconnect.

  3. Choose the network of Radiator #2.

  4. Connection completed. You can now control Radiator #2.

 

 

If you have both Wi-Fi radiators and Electric Control radiators (Type Y)

FROM Wi-Fi radiator 

  1. Open the IRSAP NOW app.

  2. Select the room where the radiator is located.

  3. You can now control your Wi-Fi radiator.

 

TO a type Y Electric Control Radiator

  1. Exit the room associated with the Wi-Fi radiator.

  2. Open the Menu (top-left).

  3. Choose Type Y.

  4. Select your radiator’s network.

  5. Connection completed. You can now control your radiator (Type Y).

 

BACK TO Wi-Fi radiator

  1. Tap Back (<) in the top-left of the radiator homepage.

  2. Tap X to exit the screen.

  3. You are now back at your Home screen.
