What is Geofencing?
Geofencing is a smart feature that allows the system to automatically switch from Home mode to Away mode, and vice versa, based on the users’ location.
When you leave your home area, the system reduces energy consumption by activating the ECO temperature. When you come back, it switches back to COMFORT mode.
How do I activate Geofencing?
To activate Geofencing, follow steps below:

Open the IRSAP NOW app

Go to Menu > Settings

Enable the “Control your location” option

Select “Home area”
A map will appear with a blue circle representing a 500-meter radius around your home. Confirm the selection by tapping the checkmark at the top right.
Can I change the perimeter of the area?
You can always customize the area around your home by selecting a distance between 50 meters and 2 kilometers.

Press and hold the blue dot on the edge of the circle

Drag it outward or inward to increase or decrease the area
If your location isn’t detected correctly, tap the “Your location” icon at the bottom right of the map.
why isn’t Geofencing working?
To ensure Geofencing works properly, make sure that:

All tenants of the house have installed the IRSAP NOW app on their smartphones and each one is logged in with their own personal account.

Geofencing is enabled on all residents’ smartphones.

Each user has granted location-sharing permissions in the app on their smartphone, even when the app is closed or not in use.
Important!
If one or more users log out of the app, the system will no longer be able to automatically manage the Home/Away modes based on their movements.
This is a security measure to prevent unwanted activations.
Upon logging in again, users will need to re-enable location control from the Settings menu if they wish to use this feature again.
