If you have a profile in the IRSAP NOW App and you wish to delete your personal data from the system, you must delete your IRSAP NOW account.

Identify your situation in the App IRSAP NOW among those listed below and follow the steps to delete your personal data.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE APP BUT NO HOME ASSOCIATED
- Log in to the app IRSAP NOW with your credentials: email and password
- select "Delete User"
- Choose "Confirm" to delete your user
- Now your IRSAP NOW account and your personal data have been deleted
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE APP AND A HOME ASSOCIATED. I AM THE ONLY USER
If you already have one or more homes associated to your account and you wish to delete your data, you first have to delete all your homes associated to your account.
- Log in to the app IRSAP NOW with your credentials: email and password
- follow the steps to delete the home associated to your user
- once the cancellation process is completed, a new screen will automatically appear on the home page of the app; select "Delete User"
- Choose "Confirm" to delete your user
- Now your IRSAP NOW account and your personal data have been deleted
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE APP AND A HOME ASSOCIATED. I AM NOT THE ONLY USER
If you wish to delete your personal data from the IRSAP NOW App, but you share a home with other users, you must first leave the home.
- Log in to the app IRSAP NOW with your credentials: email and password
- click on the "Menu" at the top left on the screen
- Select "Users"
- Click on the three dots next to your username and select "Leave home"
Warning: If you are the only administrator of the system, you will not be allowed to leave your home; you must first make another user be administrator. - Once you left the home, a new screen will automatically appear on the home page of the App; select "Delete user"
- Now your IRSAP NOW account and your personal data have been deleted
