During technical support, if there are any doubts about the compatibility of your radiator valves with IRSAP NOW Valves, or if there are any anomalies that need to be investigated, we may ask you to send us photos of the Smart Valves.
Here are few tips:

before taking the picture, uncover the hydraulic valve plunger by either unscrewing the knob or uninstalling the Smart Valve (including the metal ring)

take a close picture of the valve, and check that the photo is not out of focus before sending it to us

photograph any brand or logo on the valve
Two photos are required to verify the make and model of your hydraulic valves:
